Rancos konkan bunglows is a natural village house with conscious lifestyle &Development done in balance with nature. It is a unique project that has Fulfilled the dreams of many customers to buy a house in the village.

The project started in 2002 and so far we have occupied more than 342 bungalows. Also After successfully completing the work of our 6 projects, the work of the 7th project is in progress.We plant 10 to 12 tress should be planted along with each bungalow and make arrangements for it’smaintainance.

We are making a small effort to plant trees for every family & replenish the oxygen in nature which will bring health benefits to generations of the customers.

We are Committed to the protect the nature. Also due to the technical/miracle of horizontal vertical bore wells, a lot of water grows underground and gets to our wells.
